Dark fantasy short story

Although it may seem biased of me to say, but I love Alive. It may only be a short story, but it’s one I really enjoyed writing and re-reading. I read it recently and it had me on edge.

Hello there!

I have just entered a writing competition. I would really appreciate it (if you have time of course) to have a look at my short story ‘Alive’.

‘Alive’ is actually a book idea of mine in which I have started writing. I wrote it as a short story first, but now I am planning to mould it into a full novel within the next few years.
‘Alive’ is a fantasy, horror and suspense story that follows Sarah, whose life has been turned upside down after she crashes her car into a lake.
